This is a classic oolong tea from Anxi County, Fujian Province, China, celebrated for its delicate orchid fragrance and smooth, lingering sweetness. The tightly rolled leaves unfurl during brewing, releasing a golden-yellow liquor with a rich, mellow taste. It is best brewed in a gaiwan or teapot with water at 95°C for 1-2 minutes.
