This is a renowned black tea from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, China, celebrated as the world's first black tea. It features a distinctive smoky aroma with notes of pine and a rich, mellow taste. The liquor is bright reddish-gold, offering a smooth and sweet finish. To brew, use water at 95°C and steep for 2-3 minutes. It can be enjoyed plain or with milk, and its complex flavors develop beautifully over multiple infusions.
